Access your time entries from anywhere
One of the main features of the app is the ability to track your working hours directly from your phone. Whether you’re at the office, traveling or working remotely, all you need to do is open the app to view and edit your time entries.
What makes the app really convenient is the overview of your week. You can see at a glance how many hours you’ve worked each day, and most importantly, your current hour balance. No need to wait for the monthly report to know if you’re in the positive or negative. Everything is there, in real time, right on your home screen.
Share documents with your team
Whether it’s an employment contract, a salary certificate or any other HR document, the Kepa mobile app allows you to share and view your documents. You can also use this space to share documents with your team, such as access plans, safety instructions, or any other file your colleagues would like to access on the go.
Leave requests
Your employees can now submit their leave requests directly from the mobile app. They can also check the status of their requests in real time, as well as their remaining leave balance. No need to use a computer to manage your leave anymore!

Upcoming features include expense report management, badge management for time clocks, and more. The Kepa mobile app aims to complement the user experience by offering practical features for human resources management on the go.
